Our Developer and Project Services Team focuses on one thing: expertly handling first sale developments in our local community.  We take pride in knowing how to handle each new development with care and the highest level of service.  That’s why we’ve dedicated an entire title and escrow team, exclusively, to handling these types of projects.  With over 250 years of combined experience, our team focuses solely on projects within the State of Hawaii and have handled the majority – both large and small.  We have the local expertise to navigate specific challenges that come with new developments and the resources to handle bulk transactions.

As new homes and buildings are developed across the State, our expert escrow and title teams work closely with the Developers throughout the entire process.
